can seem so daunting on your own. I have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TSY).  I utilize these interventions through a strengths-based lens, viewing you as the expert on your own life with an emphasis in self-determination. With my training and years of experience - you don't have to go in it alone. I will walk with you every step of the way.
